Week of 7/5/2026

Tim needs pace group leaders for Saturday’s long run. Please let him know if you can help!

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do 1000m repeats (marathoners = 6, half marathoners = 5, fun group = 4). Cool down with an easy mile.

Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a hilly tempo run of 3 miles (fun group) or 5 miles (marathoners/half marathoners). Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for 10.07 miles, 5.90 miles, or 4.37 miles (all routes courtesy of Tim). Breakfast at Lazarus (4803 Airport) at 9:10:11 am.
