The weather was VERY cooperative tonight. Low to mid 80s with a slight tailwind down the home stretch. Way to coach, Al!

The Workout – 400 meter repeats followed by 1/2 lap relays
Fast Group = 8
Fun Group = 6
1/2 lap relays = 2 complete laps for each runner

News – M2MTG will be doing a recovery run on the trail tomorrow departing the rock at 4ish. There will be a hill workout on Thursday. There will be a long run on Saturday (4, 7, 10, or 13 on the trail). The 13 miler is on the Austin Marathon Training Schedule. M2MTG will be doing 20 on Saturday. Breakfast TBA.

More News – next Tuesday there is a good chance there will be a middle school football game going on during our regularly scheduled workout time. Whenever that occurs (ie you show up at the track and there are kids on the field in uniforms, the game clock is on, there are buses parked along Exposition) continue on down Exposition to Bridle Path, go left, and we’ll do the workout there.

Big News – don’t forget Christine’s gig at Cedar Street on Monday, 9/21, from 9 pm to 1 am!
