News – M2MTG will be running Scenic tomorrow departing the rock at 4ish.  There will be a hill workout on Thursday, hills involved.  There will be a long run on Saturday, hills involved…the lollipop plus whatever trail you want to do (Austin Marathon Group = 15 or the lollipop plus the 10 mile loop).  If you aren’t training for the Austin Marathon you can do any of the following (up to and including the 15 mile version…or MORE or LESS):

7 = 0, lollipop, straight back to the 0
9 = 4 mile loop plus the lollipop
10 = 5 mile loop plus the lollipop
12 = 7 mile loop plus the lollipop
15 = 10 mile loop plus the lollipop

This map http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=314222 has a water stop at Fast Jack’s house…and each Wilke repeat adds another 1/2 mile.

SAVE THE DATE!  The Juan-in-a-Million challenge is set for Saturday, October 31st!  Eric will be going for the Ship record, Barbara claims she’s actually going to show up, Buff John may be there to defend his crown, and Ryan says he might even eat his tortillas this time!!
