The only part of the tonight’s workout that didn’t hurt was the warm-up from the JimiTex to O. Henry and the drills. After that the pain started and didn’t stop until 7:09:03 pm. Way to coach, Al!

You may remember this route from back on February 18th (we kicked the Thursday night tempo runs off with this bad boy). There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. Routes and distance currently being worked out (there will be a 20 miler involved). Breakfast TBA.
More News – C/M’s band is playing a Friday night gig THIS Friday at Johnny Fins out at the Lake from 7:00 pm to 10 pm. It’s an “audition gig” for potential summer booking so be there if you can…especially if you have Friday off!
