The Workout – ladder
Fun Group = 1600, 800, 400, 200
Fast Group = 1600, 1200, 800, 400, 200

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (repeats).  There will be a long run departing from THE MANSION at 7:00:00 am on Saturday for 5.37 miles or 9.92 miles.  FREE breakfast at the mansion commencing immediately upon finishing.
