A pair of Austin’s finest showed up at the workout tonight.  Barbara loves to keep things interesting.  Way to coach, Al!

The Workout – hilly ladder
Fun Group = 1600, 800, 400
Fast Group = 1600, 1200, 800

News – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning.  Off/On the trail this week for 5 miles (start on linked route but turn around at the Wilke cooler), 7 miles, or 10 miles (linked route plus finish the 4 mile loop plus one Wilke on the way out and one Wilke on the way back).  Breakfast at El Mercado at 9:03:03 am.
