Assuming SXSW clears out quickly we s-h-o-u-l-d have use of our parking lot this coming Saturday (3/24).  The following weekend (3/31) it will most likely be reoccupied by the Urban Music Festival.

The Workout – ladder+
Fun Group = 400, 800, 1600, 6 x 100m strides, 2 x backwards on the straights/forward on the curves
Fast Group = 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 6 x 100m strides, 2 x backwards on the straights/forward on the curves

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (tempo runs of 3 miles or 6 miles, 6 milers run the 3 mile route twice).  There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning.  On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10 miles.  Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 W Koenig) at 9:05:05 am.
