Good luck to everyone running the Run for the Water on Sunday! I don’t recall the race interfering with our parking lot on Saturday morning but be prepared to use TxDOT. The AIDS Walk is Saturday but appears to be north of the river.
Also, extra good luck to all the fools running the New York Marathon on Sunday! Special shout out to Ryan who takes with him quite a remarkable and inspirational story. Can’t wait to read some race reports!!

Tuesday – timed mile, Indian file mile, timed mile AND a large check presentation to O. Henry from ARC and those of you who donated to the campaign individually…way to coach, Al!
Thursday – tempo runs of 1, 2, or 5 miles by running this loop
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. On the trail this week (theoretically) for 4, 7, or 10 miles. Breakfast at Maria’s Taco Express (2529 S Lamar) at 8:55:55 am with FREE cake to celebrate November birthdays!
