Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water/Gatorade. Then run (marathoners) 8 x 1000m repeats or (half marathoners) 5 x 1000m repeats. Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside and warm up on your own for a special Thanksgiving 5 mile tempo which will start promptly at 7:00 am…we’ll have water/Gatorade. Then cool down with some Thanksgiving cookies.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. Off/on the trail this week for 4.61 miles, 6.12 miles, 10.00 miles. Breakfast at El Borrego de Oro (3900 S Congress) at 9:01:01 am.
