Coach Al needs pace group leaders for Saturday’s long run…let him know if you can help!
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run (marathoners) 3 x 1600 or (half marathoners) 2 x 1600. Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do (marathoners/half marathoners) 6 x Big Finish 800s or (fun group) 4 x Big Finish 800s. Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero mile marker at 7:00:00 am. Off the regular trail but on a different trail this week for 13.03 miles, 8.00 miles, or 4.11 miles. Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E Riverside) at 9:30:30 am.
