Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do ins/outs for 26 minutes continuously (where each in is striding the straight and each out is jogging the curve). Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 3 miles (fun group) or 4 miles (fast group). Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail for 15.02 miles, 11.26 miles, 9.18 miles, or 4.21 miles. Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E Riverside) at 9:20:01 am.
