Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do ins/outs by striding the straights and jogging the curve for 26 continuous minutes. Cool down with an easy mile.

Then do a tempo run of (fun group) 3 miles (start at Exposition/10th, north on Exposition, L on Enfield, R on Hopi, L on Windsor, L on Rockmoor, R on Cherry, L on Rockmoor, L on Enfield, R on Exposition, finish at Exposition/10th) or (fast group) 4 miles (start at Expo/10th, north on Expo, L on Enfield, R on Hopi, L on Windsor, R on Mathews, L on Scenic, L on Stevenson, R on Rockmoor, L on
Enfield, R on Exposition, finish at Exposition/10th). Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Almost entirely off the trail this week for 11.26 miles, 9.18 miles, or 4.21 miles. Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E Riverside) at 9:20:01 am or, alternatively, the precise moment of your arrival.
