Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do approximately 2.5 miles as follows: 800, 600, 400, 200, 200, 400, 600, 800. Click here for a breakdown of the O. Henry track distances. Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for 11.33 miles, 7.11 miles, or 5 miles (turn back at the water cooler at Wilke). Breakfast at Rudy’s (3914 N Lamar) 9:30:00 am.

The Mansion run is alive and well but they handle their own communique.
