Fast Group = 5 400s plus a timed mile
Fun Group = 4 400s plus a timed mile
Severe Taper Mode Group = 4 400s plus timing a timed mile
News – HMTG will NOT be running Scenic tomorrow at 4ish departing the rock. They will, however, be running a leisurely 3 mile stroll around the lake. There will be a hill workout on Thursday. There will be a long run Saturday. Breakfast TBA. There will be a marathon in Houston on Sunday.
