About a dozen shipmates braved the fog and traffic for a scrumptious hill workout.

The Workout – 400s and 800s
Fast Group = 6×400, 2×800
Fun Group = 4×400, 2×800
Severe Taper Mode Group = 2×400

News – there will be a long run on Saturday.  The Austin Marathon Group is scheduled for 20 following this route:  If you’re not training for Austin…feel free to break off 4, 7, or 10 on the trail.  Breakfast TBA (by Doug)…it’ll most likely be Dario’s at whatever time you happen to show up.

Good luck to everyone running the Houston Marathon or Half Marathon on Sunday!
