The threat of nasty weather must have kept some folks at home. The weather held up, though, and 10 steadfast shipmates got in a great (and humid) workout!

News – There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7 am sharp…21.73 miles following this route: http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=341117. There will be gatorade at approximately 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, and 19. Current weather calls for near freezing temperatures but, due to the 11 mph wind from the north, it’ll feel like 24. Breakfast at Little Mexico (South First) on a rolling schedule.
