News – CMTG will NOT be running Scenic tomorrow but will be running a leisurely 3 mile loop on the trail departing the rock at 4ish. There will be a hill workout on Thursday…tempo style following this route: http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=349933. There will be a long run on Saturday. The Poconos Marathon Training Group will be doing 20.5 departing the zero at 5:10 am for a Scenic Loop. They will be back in time to join the rest of the group for the Barton Hills Lollipop departing the zero at 7:00 am on this route: http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=314222. The Fast Group will add 2 Wilkes (one coming and one going) and the Fun Group will add 1 Wilke (either coming or going). Both groups will then complete the 4 mile loop on the trail. Breakfast at 8:56:56 am at Casa Garcia on Lamar.
More News – C/M’s new band, Shakedown, will be playing at Shenanigan’s Night Club on Pond Springs Road from 9:30 pm to 1:30 am this Friday the 26th. If you’re not running Cowtown Saturday morning you should be there getting your rock on!
