It was just cloudy and breezy enough at workout time that we didn’t have to cancel the workout.  Way to coach, Al!!

The Workout – 3 mile tempo

News – There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am.  On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10.  BIMTG will be departing the zero at 5:50:00 am for 7 extra and then adding Holly to the 10 mile loop for a total of 18.  Breakfast at Kerbey Lane (Guadalupe) @ 8:59:59 am.
