Cadence = 1:00 slow, :30 fast, 1:00 slow, 1:00 fast, 1:00 slow, 1:30 fast, 1:00 slow, 2:00 fast, 1:00 slow, 2:30 fast, 1:00 slow, 3:00 fast, 1:00 slow, and back down in reverse order.
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday. There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. Breakfast at Little Mexico.
