And just like that…December is here! The group was small but jolly.
The Workout – 3 mile tempo
News – there will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am for an 11 mile Scenic loop. Austin Marathoners are scheduled for 18 and will accomplish that by departing the zero at 5:45:00 am for a seven mile loop on the trail…arriving back just in time to join the rest of the group for the Scenic 11. Breakfast at Taqueria Chapala (2101 E Cesar Chavez) at 9:02:01 am.
