Best group of five ever!! Way to show up POJ, Julie, Hillary, Iram (J), and Big! Larry showed up for a couple of drills and split…he seemed surprised to learn that Christmas was Saturday.
The Workout – 3 mile tempo
POJ Group = did the drills and clocked about a 25 on the tempo
Hillary Group = did the drills and clocked about a 25 on the tempo
Big Group = did the drills (except skipping, sliding, and over/under) and sleestacked through the tempo
Julie Group = did the drills, shed two layers of outerwear, and clocked about a 24 on the tempo
Iram (J) Group = did the drills and smoked the tempo…smiling the whole time
