The Workout – 6 x 400. 5 indian file style and the final one mile relay style.
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (2 mile tempo). There will be a marathon party on Friday at 7:30:00 pm. There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. We’ll be running the Barton Hills Lollipop plus whatever trail loop you’d like (or not like) to add. Breakfast at Hoover’s (Manor Rd.) at 8:30:30 am.
