Huge props to everyone who did the Austin Marathon and Mini on Sunday! It was great to see everyone out there gutting it out on a less than stellar day for distance running. Way to coach, Al!
The Workout – ladder or in/outs
Ladder = 1600, 1200, 800, 400
in/outs = easy on the curves, jog the straights (4 lap sets)
News – STMG will be running Scenic tomorrow departing the rock at 4ish. There will be a hill workout on Thursday (repeats?). There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10. SMTG will be doing 18 miles departing at some point prior to 7:00:00 am. Breakfast TBA.
