The Workout – Hard L relays (3 person). From Possum Trot/12th…head east, hand off, turn right on Meriden, hammer to 11th, walk back to Meriden/12th, wait for #3, run down 12th, turn left on Possum Trot, hammer to 11th, walk back, repeat. Up and down = 1. Fast group = 6 reps, fun group = 4 reps.
News – there will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10. SMTG will be doing 18 miles departing at 5:45:00 am. Breakfast at Dario’s (1800 E 6th St.) when you get there!
