The group seems to be enjoying the alternating weeks of hill repeats and hilly tempos…and by “enjoying” I mean whining about the tempos on tempo night and the repeats on repeat night. Way to coach, Al!

News – there will be a long run on Saturday. On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10 PLUS the Barton Hills Lollipop (with or without a few Wilkes thrown in for good measure). Breakfast at Taquerias Arandas (2448 S 1st) when you get there.
