The Workout – Mile Repeats
Fast/Full Group = 3
Fun/Half Group = 2
Neither Group = choice of 2 or 3
News – there will be a tempo run on Thursday (3 miles by running the linked map twice so that there will be water/gatorade half way). There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10. Breakfast TBA.
