Tonight we said good-bye to November and will welcome December on Thursday. November was kind to us…much more so than its predecessors (August, September, and October). It’ll be sad to see her go.
The Workout – mile repeats (3) – each a little faster than the last
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (3 mile tempo). There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. The half marathoners are scheduled for 10 miles. The full marathoners can tack on an additional 7 miles either before (at 5:40:00 am) or after the 10. Breakfast at Another Broken Egg Cafe (3016 Guadalupe) at 7:15:15 am, 9:01:01 am, or 10:00:00 am.
