If the size of tonight’s group is any indication…the holidays are over!  It seemed like everyone (well, almost everyone) was back and ready to get 2012 started right.  We had several newcomers and one very special returnee from 14 months in Afghanistan.  Welcome back, Anthony!

The Workout – 1000, 2000, 1000, 1000

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (5 mile tempo).  There will be a long run Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am.  Marathoners are scheduled for 20 miles, half marathoners are scheduled for 10.  Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) whenever you get there!

More News – Mark your calendar!  Saturday, January 28, 2012, Malka is hosting a pre-3M pizza fest at her home (5305 Woodview Ave.)  from 6 pm to 9 pm.  She’ll be making the pizza (vegetarian), you can bring sides/drinks.  Please RSVP via email.
