The Workout – 10 mile tempo (do this loop twice)
News – there will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. On the trail this week for 15 miles according to the schedule (half marathoners are scheduled for 14…close enough). There are myriad ways to accomplish a run of this distance but we suggest the 10 mile loop plus this 5 mile route (either before @ 6:00:00 am or after). Breakfast at Cafe Express at 8:53:53 am and 9:45:45 am.
