The Workout – 3 x 1 mile
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (10 mile tempo…by running this 5 miler twice). There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. Both the full and half marathoners are scheduled for a 15 miles. We’ll be combining this 10 miler and this 5 miler. There will be gatorade out there every few miles. There will be a group departing at 6:00:00 am to do the 5 miler first. Breakfast at Hoover’s at 9:00:01 am and 10:00:01 am.
More News – Mark your calendar! Saturday, January 28, 2012, Malka is hosting a pre-3M pizza fest at her home (5305 Woodview Ave.) from 6 pm to 9 pm. She’ll be making the pizza (vegetarian), you can bring sides/drinks. Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org.
