The Workout – 1000, 2000, 1000, 1000 (fun group skipped the last 1000)
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (repeats). There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday. Off the trail this week for as much as 11 miles (or even 22 if you want to do it twice). You can even shorten it by cutting across at 24th or 29th. There will be a small contingent departing at 6:00:00 am. There will be gatorade out there every few miles. Breakfast at Taqueria Arandas (2248 S 1st) whenever you get there.
