The Workout – 5k – by running this loop 3 times (or more, or less)
News – there will be a Stampede on Wednesday night departing Brushy Creek at 7:00 pm. There will be a hill workout on Thursday (repeats). There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. Off the trail this week for 8 or 11 miles (regardless of which route you choose…you’d better be ready to spell Stratford). There will be a group meeting at 5:10 am for 10 miles prior to meeting the group at 7:00:00 am. Breakfast at Dario’s whenever you get there.
