The group fell off a little from last Tuesday but still quite large.  10 gallons of water and 5 gallons of gatorade demolished.  Thanks to Colin for refilling the water!  Way to coach, Al!

The Workout – mile repeats
Fast/Marathoners = 3
Fun/Half Marathoners = 2
Newcomers/Beginners = 1

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (3 mile tempo – run the mapped route twice).  There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am.  On the trail again this week for 4, 7, or 10.  BHMTG will be departing at 6:10 am for 5 extra.  Breakfast at Dario’s (1800 E 6th St) at 8:57:56 am.
