The Workout – 3 mile tempo (yes, you’d need to run it twice to do 3 miles)
News – there will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. On the trail again this week for 4, 7, or 10. BHMTG will be departing at 6:10 am for 5 extra (there is a possibility that BHMTG will be out of commission Saturday morning so start at 6:10 am if you’re there and they’re not). Breakfast at Dario’s (1800 E 6th St) at 8:57:56 am.
