Enormous group, great weather!  Way to coach, Al (and Jeff and Amber)!!

The Workout – 1200s and 800s
Marathon/Fast Group = 2×1200, 4×800
Half Marathon/Fun Group = 2×1200, 1×800

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (tempo runs of 4 miles or 5 miles).  There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am.  Off the trail this week for 5 miles or 11 miles.  Breakfast at Cafe Express whenever you get there.
