Happy New Year!  As previously mentioned, there is no official workout today.

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday.  Marathoners have a 10 mile tempo (running this loop twice, reversing direction on the second loop), half marathoners have a 4 mile tempo.  There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday.  We’ll be doing the trail plus the Barton Hills Lollipop (but without the zig-zag at Wilke…no water at Rock Terrace).  Marathoners need to add 10 to the lollipop, half marathoners need to add 9.  Breakfast at La Feria (2010 S Lamar) at 9:44:00 am.
