As a reminder, there will be no official workout this coming Tuesday (aka New Year’s Day). Feel free to follow your training plan on that day or nurse your hangover with the only true cure for being over-served…a Starbucks triple venti latte and a fatburger (a cheeseburger with a fried egg on top).
The Workout – 4 mile tempo
News – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday. Off the trail this week for 20 miles or 10 miles. There will be water/gatorade every few miles. Breakfast at Dario’s at 10:30:00 am.
