By the looks of the truck bed after the last several workouts, a reminder on proper cup usage/disposal is in order.  Take a cup, use it as a vessel to transport water/gatorade from the coolers to your mouth, store the cup either on your person or the truck during the workout, and dispose of your cup after its final use.  No one else should be throwing your cup away for you.  We all miss Hillary since she moved to California but I miss her the most because she was so diligent and consistent in her willingness to clean up after the cup leavers.

The Workout – 400s and 200s
Fast Group = 6 x 400, 6 x 200
Fun Group = 6 x 400, 3 x 200

News – there will be a Stampede Wednesday evening at Brushy Creek at 7:00 pm.  There will be a hill workout on Thursday (repeats).  There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday.  On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10 miles.  Breakfast TBA.
