The group was HUGE tonight. Hard to say if it was due to Dr. Jonathan from Performance Wellness, New Year’s Resolutions, or the fact that the annual marathon party is just around the corner. Way to coach, Al!
The Workout – 1000, 2000, 1000, 1000
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (5 mile tempo). There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Off the trail this week for 10 miles or 20 miles (more marathon practice). Breakfast at Little Mexico whenever you get there.
