We still need a few more volunteers for the door hanging on Saturday, February 7th. Thank you to the folks who’ve already stepped up! I’ll be sending a link out with more info as soon as we round up the last few bodies. The short version is we start after breakfast, hang notices on doors along the marathon route for a couple of hours, and call it a day. There is usually a t-shirt and FREE breakfast involved. Please email me if interested.
There are a lot of people doing a lot of things that make this group so awesome and so special. If you know of someone who really stands out, let us know! Thank you to everyone who has submitted a nomination for Shipmate of the Year and thank you to everyone who has contributed to the Shipmate of the Year grand prize. Please keep the nominations and contributions coming in!
The annual marathon party (Friday, February 13th) has reached its soft cap of 50 but I’m still squeezing folks in where I can. If you’re feeling especially deserving of a spot…hit me up with your sad story or mountain of cash and I’ll see what I can do to get you in. It helps if you volunteer to hang flyers on doors, nominate a shipmate of the year, or contribute to the shipmate of the year fund!
