Just like that, the year is half over (or half started…depending on your perspective). Our next track workout will be the first Tuesday of July. In addition to our regular visit from Dr. Jonathan from Performance Wellness, we’ll have some special guests courtesy of our friends at Austin Runners Club. Chauntae “Cheetah” Bayne (9 time All-American sprinter from Stanford/UT) will be at the workout along with some reps from Aspire Beverage. Adjustments/Advice/Aspire.

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (3 mile tempo). There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning. Off the trail this week for 10.09 miles or 6 miles (u-turn at Niles/Hartford). There will be water/gatorade every 2 miles. Breakfast at Hoover’s (2002 Manor Rd.) at 8:59:59 am.
