The Workout – Fartleks
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (repeats). There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning. On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10 miles. Breakfast at Maria’s Taco Express (2529 S Lamar) at 8:55:55 am.
More News – the hill workout on Thursday, July 30th, will be a celebration of Coach Al’s retirement (from work NOT the running group)! The workout will be a tempo/repeat/trail run combo…kinda like a retirement hat trick. We’ll convene at my house, warm up run down to Barton Creek, drills, trail run to the hill of life, do “quality” hill of life repeats, and cool down run back to my house for ice cold beer, burgers, and some kind of veggie alternative.
