Mega thanks to Dr. J from Performance Wellness for nearly pulling an all-nighter on fools with their various aches and pains.  As is always the case…we definitely got our money’s worth.  Way to coach, Al!

The Workout – 800 meter repeats
Fast/Marathon Group = 5
Fun/Half Marathon Group = 4

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (tempo runs of 6.5 miles and 4.03 miles).  There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning.  On the trail this week for 7 or 10 miles.  Breakfast at Borrego de Oro at 8:55:55 am.

More News – don’t forget that next Tuesday, September 8th, we will be joined by folks from TomTomRollerTek and nuun (thank you Austin Runners Club).
