Kudos to whoever replaced the normal orange/lemon lime gatorade with fruit punch. I can only speculate that it was in honor of the 12th anniversary of the 2004 Austin Marathon. Way to coach, Al!
The Workout – 2 x 1000, 4 x 400 (all w/a partner)
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (repeats). There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning. Off the trail this weekend for 10.43 miles (6 miles if you come back via S Lamar or 4 miles if you turn around at the cooler at Travis Heights/Mariposa). There will also be water/gatorade at Oltorf/S Lamar, Barton Hills/Wilke, and the rock. Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) at 8:59:59 am.
