The rain cooled things off a wee bit but the humidity made up for any small break the drop in temp might have given.  Thank you weather gods.  Really.

The Workout – Fartleks

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (repeats).  There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning.  Off/On the trail this week for 5 miles (start on linked route but turn around at the Wilke cooler), 7 miles, or 10 miles (linked route plus finish the 4 mile loop plus one Wilke on the way out and one Wilke on the way back).  Breakfast at El Mercado at 9:03:03 am.
