This being the last Tuesday of May means that Dr. J from Performance Wellness will be at our next Tuesday workout (the first Tuesday of June) to poke, prod, and heal. Way to coach, Al!

Fast Group = 6
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (tempo runs of 3 miles or 6 miles). There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning. Off the trail this week for 6.79 miles or 10.17 miles. You can also do 4 miles by starting with the group and turning around at 24th/Rio Grande. Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) at 8:59:59 am.
