News – there will, allegedly, be a hill workout on Thursday (tempo runs of 10 miles for the marathoners – linked route twice for the marathoners or 4 miles for the half marathoners – turn back at the cooler on Mountain Laurel). There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. On/off the trail this week for 15.35 miles or 13.19 miles. Everyone will start with this 6.17 miler. 15.35 milers will finish with this 9.18 miler, 13.19 milers will finish with this 7.02 miler. Breakfast at 9:45:45 am at El Mercado (1302 S 1st). There will be gatorade halfway through the 6.17 miler and on the lollipop at Barton Hills/Wilke.
