1 – Dr. J from Performance Wellness will not be at this evening’s workout! He will, however, be at next Tuesday’s workout.
2 – CUPS! Take a cup, use it during the workout, and throw it away when the workout is over.
3 – Keys! Be cautious when leaving your keys on or around the coolers. We had an incident where someone used the push button to unlock one of our cars and cleaned it out of a wallet and a cell phone. This all occurred while we were on the track just feet away.
The Workout – timed mile, Indian file mile, 2 x 3-person relay
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (5 mile tempo). There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning. On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10 miles. Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) at 8:55:55 am.
