The Workout – timed 800 (everyone), partner 400s (fun group = 4 x 400, fast group = 5 x 400, fools group = 10 x 400)
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (repeats). There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning. Off the trail this week for 10.09 miles or 6 miles (turn back at Niles/Hartford) or 4 miles (turn back at 6th/Patterson). Breakfast at Taqueria Los Jaliscienses (1815 Ben White) at 8:55:55 am.
