Tuesday –  marathoners = 800, 2 x 400, 4 x 200, 2 x 400, 800
half marathoners = 800, 400, 2 x 200, 400, 800

Thursday – 5 mile tempo

Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning.  On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10 miles.  Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 W Koenig).

Run every chance you get!
